Negroni Cocktail

Serves: 1      

1 ounce Bombay Gin  

1 ounce Campari  

1 ounce Carpano Antica sweet vermouth  

1 large strip of lemon zest, for garnish 

  

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the gin, Campari and sweet vermouth and stir until well combined and very cold, about 15 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.   

Twist the lemon zest tightly over the glass so the lemon oils are released over the cocktail, then rub the zest around the rim and set on the side of the glass.
