Make this Pan con Chocolate - José Andrés-style!

Ingredients
4 Original Ines Rosales Tortas with Anise
Dark Chocolate, at least 72%
José Andrés Extra Virgin Olive Oil, preferably Cornicabra
Sea Salt

Directions

Place tortas on a serving plate. With a small grater or a Microplane, shave as much of the dark chocolate as you’d like. Sprinkle with sea salt and a splash of extra virgin olive oil and serve.
