Variation 3: Tortilla con Pisto

Tortilla Española Base Recipe
½ jar José Andrés Pisto
Fresh basil leaves or thyme sprigs, for garnish
Spoon out half the jar of pisto, making sure to leave behind excess oil, and add to the base recipe. Stir until combined. Proceed with the recipe above. Once cooked, garnish with a few basil leaves or sprigs of thyme and serve.
