Brava sauce
1 large bag (6.7 ounces) José Andrés Potato Chips
Modern Garlic And Oil Mayonnaise
José Andrés Reserva Sherry Vinegar, for drizzling
Ladle 1/4 cup of Brava Sauce into the bottom of a large bowl and pour one large bag of Potato Chips on top. Finish the potatoes with 2-3 tablespoons of Modern Garlic And Oil Mayonnaise and drizzle 1 teaspoon of Sherry Vinegar to garnish.
