Ceviche Festival, July 9-August 5 China Chilcano, José's Peruvian restaurant, is putting on its second annual Ceviche Festival. Come enjoy this classic Peruvian dish of lightly cured fish, lime juice, and aromatics! There will be special Ceviches and Tiraditos to celebrate summertime.

BBQ & Grilling Week at America Eats Tavern - July 16-22- DC's BBQ & Grilling Week is back! America Eats Tavern, now open in Georgetown, will offer a "Flavors of Summer in the City" menu of grilled, smoked and spiced dishes. They will feature BBQ Mussels and a half-rack ribs for $33. Whole Sheep Dinner, July 19- Zaytinya DC is bringing back their popular Whole Sheep Dinner! Buy tickets here, and enjoy Chef Michael Costa's special tasting menu. The menu incorporates the entire sheep, and will be paired with wine selected by Master Sommelier Andy Myers.

Sangria Festival, July 23-August 5 - Come to all of the DC-area Jaleos to enjoy a wide variety of Sangria! Jaleo's Sangria festival will feature Cava Sangria, Red Wine Sangria, Rosé Sangria, and José's Summer Sangria. It's the perfect event to cool off from the summer heat! Republic Restoratives Cocktail Dinner, July 31 - Zaytinya DC will also be hosting a Cocktail Dinner featuring DC's own Republic Restoratives. The multi-course menu will feature six unique cocktails paired with dishes from Head Chef Michael Costa. Buy tickets here.
