Introducing: Sparkling Festival

This year, don't wait for New Years to bring out the bubbly. Instead, ring in the holiday season with a glass (or three!) of your favorite sparkling wines. Each of José's DC-area restaurants, as well as Zaytinya Frisco, will be featuring a different flight, each one celebrating the regional diversity of sparkling wines and ciders. The anchor of each will be the Cuvée José, a new sparkling wine from José's favorite Cava producer Raventós i Blanc. America Eats Tavern will be pouring two different American wines alongside the Cuvée José, one from Oregon's Argyle and the other from New Mexico's Gruet. China Chilcano will be pouring a Chilean sparkling cider as well as an Argentine sparkling Rosé. Grecian favorites from Kir-Yianni and Laziridi will be on the menu at Zaytinya, while each Jaleo will pour a selection of Cavas and ciders from Spain.

Accompanying each flight will be paired bite, like Zaytinya's Salmon Crudo, America Eats Tavern's Hush Puppies, and Oyamel's Striped Bass Ceviche Con Citricos.

Cocktails are also in order, including Oyamel's Vallarta 75, with hibiscus-infused gin and Cava, as well as China Chilcano's Alpaca Punch.

To get your sparkle on early this year, make a reservation at any of José's restaurants - or just come on in between November 26-December 9.
