Minibar’s General Manager Travels the World for Food

Washingtonian wrote a piece on minibar’s general manager, Jhonatan Cano, who eats at the best restaurants around the world and writes about them in his blog.  He started his journey in 2009 at Alinea, a 3-star Michelin restaurant in Chicago and was immediately hooked.  From there, Jhonatan’s been to more than 200 Michelin-starred restaurants.  “A lot of people buy cars, buy houses, buy clothes, shoes, watches, et cetera.  My hobby is to go out to eat,” he said.
