San Sebastian Comes to Beverly Hills

From Tuesday, July 18 – Friday, July 21, come to The Bazaar by José Andrés in Beverly Hills to sample delicacies from Topa Sukaldería, Michelin-starred Basque Chef Andoni Luis Aduriz’s global exploration of Basque and Latin American flavors. Chef Aduriz's six à la carte dishes will complement José Andrés’ creative tapas menu, which features dishes from Spain and around the world.

Here's a taste of what you'll get to try during this exclusive engagement:

  • Tacotalos de Idiazabal y jamon iberico
  • Tiradito de anchoa fresca marinada
  • Profitelores con mole madre

The six-dish à la carte menu can be paired with any of the 80-plus tapas dishes and new seasonal items executed by The Bazaar’s Chef de Cuisine Holly Jivin.
