Through June 10: Rosé Mondays at Fish: Patio season is here! Rosé all day – well, from 5pm to close anyway – on Fish's patio at the MGM National Harbor every Monday through June 10. There are specials on Domaines Ott Rosé and weekly bocce tournaments with the chance to win a swag bag! Make your reservations here.
May 21: Vegetables Unleashed Launches: It's kind of a big dill. José's latest cookbook – a love letter to the plant kingdom – launches May 21! Celebrating the vibrancy and versatility of vegetables, Vegetables Unleashed is a new manifesto on how to think about, and eat, the vast universe of vegetables. Pre-order your copy here.
May 21 – June 2: Vegetables Unleashed Specials at D.C.-area Restaurants: José’s D.C.-area restaurants will also celebrate the power of veggies with a two-week homage to recipes from the book. Get your copy of the book and try favorite veggie dishes from each of the restaurants!
May 21: NYC Vegetables Unleashed Book Launch Event with José: Be one of the first to hear José talk about his new cookbook at Mercado Little Spain on May 21 from 7-9pm, with Bon Appetit Editor-in-Chief Adam Rapaport and James Beard award-winning cookbook author Matt Goulding. May 22: Live Music at America Eats Tavern: Enjoy the Spring weather on our patio with an extended Social Hour, featuring drink and food specials, as well as live rock music from Perro Sombra. More information here.
May 23: OVATIONS by America Eats Tavern at Wolf Trap is back: At OVATIONS by America Eats Tavern, guests attending summer performances at the Filene Center at Wolf Trap can enjoy José’s take on American classics. May 28: Zaytinya Frisco Book Signing & Dinner with José: Zaytinya Frisco is partnering with Dallas Morning News to host an EatDrinkInsider dinner and Vegetables Unleashed book signing with José. Enjoy live music and a four-course dinner inspired by the Zaytinya recipes in the cookbook. Seating is limited, book your spot today!
May 29: Live Music at America Eats Tavern: Celebrate with an extended Social Hour featuring food and drink specials, as well as live bluegrass from Rock Creek Revival.
May 30: Battling Brewery Beer Dinner at Fish: Come visit Fish at MGM National Harbor as Port City Brewing Company challenges reigning champion Flying Dog Brewery in an interactive beer dinner rematch of epic proportions! We’ve invited both breweries back to pair their best beers with a new six-course menu created by Head Chef John Heineke. After each course, you’ll vote for your favorite pairing, with one brewery leaving with all the glory and the chance to return to take on the next challenger. May 30: Sierra Nevada and Dogfish Head Collaboration Dinner at America Eats Tavern: Calling all beer lovers! If you love craft brews as much as we do, get your tickets now for a four-course, eight-beer pairing celebration of the re-release of Sierra Nevada and Dogfish Head's Life & Limb collaboration.

June 3 – July 7: Summer Road Trip Festival at America Eats Tavern: America Eats Tavern’s first festival celebrates the epic American road trip, featuring dishes from Baltimore to New Orleans, including soft shell crab, smoked shrimp ‘n grits, and oyster po’boys. June 4: Vegetables Unleashed Book Signing at Politics & Prose: José comes to one of D.C.’s most iconic bookstores for a 7pm book signing event for “Vegetables Unleashed.” Get your copy now and be one of the first in line for this free event!
June 5: Whiskey Wednesday at America Eats Tavern: Treat yourself to a mid-week break with whiskey tastings and an extended Social Hour with live R&B music from Maame Danso.
June 10 – 16: Monarch Week at Oyamel: Oyamel will join forces with the World Wildlife Fund for the third year in a row to raise awareness and funds for the diminishing monarch butterfly population. During the week of June 10, Oyamel will feature dishes inspired by the Michoacán region of Mexico, where monarch butterflies migrate for winter. The restaurant will donate a portion of proceeds to support WWF's work to protect the monarch butterflies. Learn more and reserve a table here.
June 12: Dine-N-Dash: It’s time for World Central Kitchen’s annual Dine-N-Dash fundraiser, an amazing opportunity to eat at 30 top restaurants in one night! Leave your wallet at home as you eat your way through D.C., tasting the city’s favorite dishes and drinks and meeting culinary giants like Georgia chef and food writer Hugh Acheson, Top Chef Brooke Williamson, and of course José! June 17-30: Jaleo Paella Festival and Kick-Off Party: Celebrate the quintessential dish of Valencia during this year's 17th annual Paella Festival! Jaleo Crystal City will host the all-inclusive kick-off party on June 17 featuring amazing paellas, tapas, and sangrias. After the kick-off, all D.C.-area Jaleo restaurants will offer unique paellas through June 30th. Get your tickets here.
