La Pepa and Butterfly Tacos y Tortas at Audi Field
Opened July 14, 2018
DC United's new home at Audi Field will be the site of José and ThinkFoodGroup's newest culinary lineup, in partnership with Levy, a subsidiary of Compass Group USA: La Pepa, Butterfly Tacos y Tortas, and three portable carts. La Pepa is a Spanish sandwich concept, based on ThinkFoodGroup’s popular food truck, Pepe, and Butterfly features a variety of Mexican street foods inspired by the group's Mexican restaurant Oyamel. D.C. United suite holders can also enjoy a separate curated experience featuring a menu of classic Spanish dishes.
America Eats Tavern, Georgetown
Opened June 4, 2018
At America Eats Tavern, Chef José Andrés offers his take on American classics, celebrating local and regional flavors inspired by some of the country's most historic dishes and drinks. Originally launched in 2011 in collaboration with the Foundation for the National Archives, America Eats Tavern was first conceived as a pop-up in the former Café Atlantico space, and is now opening in the historic Georgetown neighborhood of Washington, DC.
OVATIONS by America Eats at Wolf Trap
Opened May 25, 2018
At OVATIONS by America Eats, guests attending performances at the Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts will enjoy Chef José Andrés' take on American classics and dine al fresco pre-show, or have the option to choose from a selection of prepared picnics.
Beefsteak Cleveland Clinic
Opened May 11, 2018
The newest branch of José's fast good vegetable-focused chain Beefsteak, located in the Crile Building on the campus of the Cleveland Clinic, features bright bowls filled with grains, vegetables, proteins, greens, and toppings.
Butterfly at ThinkFoodLab
Opened May 2, 2018
Butterfly's menu is inspired by Mexico City’s vibrant street food culture and Mexico’s rich regional diversity as a whole. Butterfly features a menu of tortas (Mexican-style sandwiches), tacos, salads, snacks, desserts (including Paletas, Mexican ice pops) and a seasonally-driven selection of agua fresca flavors.

Fish by José Andrés offers Atlantis resort guests and locals an amazing selection of responsibly-sourced seafood that pays creative homage to traditional Bahamian cuisine and the ocean that surrounds the islands.
Somni, in the Bazaar Beverly Hills
Opened March 9, 2018
Meaning “dream” in Catalan, Somni is an evolution of fine dining as imagined by ThinkFoodGroup Culinary Director, Aitor Zabala, and Chef José Andrés. Nestled inside The Bazaar by José Andrés at the SLS Hotel Beverly Hills, Somni is an invitation for guests to embark on an epicurean journey.

Under the direction of celebrated Chef José Andrés and his ThinkFoodGroup team, Zaytinya offers an innovative mezze menu inspired by Turkish, Greek, and Lebanese cuisines served up in a sleek and modern setting.
