Christmas in Spain is a magical time, full of family, friends, music, light, and of course good food and drink! José usually spends Christmas with family traveling in Spain, enjoying all of his favorite wintertime dishes. José shared a menu for a Spanish-inspired Christmas feast with Food & Wine Magazine.
