Cherry Blossom Festival - Spring is coming to DC, and that means the cherry blossoms are about to pop! DC-area José restaurants will be serving cherry blossom-inspired specials, and Jaleo Bethesda will be having a wine dinner on March 19 to celebrate. Feast on Pork Belly with Luxardo Cherries Cherry Sauce, Chilled Cherry Soup with an Idiazabal Cheese Ice Cream, and a cherry-inspired Arroz Pato con Morcia - Spanish Rice with Duck and Blood Sausage. Tequila Mezcal Festival - From March 5-18, the infamous Tequila-Mezcal Festival will be returning to Oyamel. Kick-off party on March 5, with pairing dinners scheduled on March 13 with Del Maguey Mezcal and Tequila Ocho and March 15 with Siembra Azul Tequila & Nuestra Soledad Mezcal.
