José appeared on his good friend Emeril Lagasse’s new show on Amazon Prime, “Eat the World.” Emeril traveled to José’s hometown of Oviedo, Spain to explore his roots and the Modernist cuisine. They visited Ferran Adrià’s El Bulli Lab in Barcelona, where José spent two years and was one of the most influential experiences of his life.
