José Cooks a Taste of Spain on the Today Show

To promote the Spain issue of Food & Wine Magazine, for which he was the Guest Editor, José appeared on the Today Show and cooked a Spanish feast in front of a crowd of admirers. Along with anchor Craig Melvin, José prepared Salt-Baked Fish, a Little Gem Salad with Garlicky Dressing, Pan Con Tomate, and Sangria, which they served to co-hosts Hoda Kotb and Savannah Guthrie.
