Jaleo at Disney Springs brings renowned Chef José Andrés’ flagship Spanish tapas restaurant to the world of Disney. Located at the Walt Disney World Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Florida, this Jaleo is the fifth location for the award-winning concept and shares the spirit of Spain with Disney’s millions of visitors each year.


La Pepa and Butterfly Tacos y Tortas at Audi Field

DC United's new home at Audi Field is the site of José and ThinkFoodGroup's newest culinary lineup, in partnership with Levy, a subsidiary of Compass Group USA: La Pepa, Butterfly Tacos y Tortas, and three portable carts. La Pepa is a Spanish sandwich concept, based on ThinkFoodGroup’s popular food truck, Pepe, and Butterfly features a variety of Mexican street foods inspired by the group's Mexican restaurant Oyamel. D.C. United suite holders can also enjoy a separate curated experience featuring a menu of classic Spanish dishes.

America Eats Tavern, Georgetown

At America Eats Tavern, Chef José Andrés offers his take on American classics, celebrating local and regional flavors inspired by some of the country's most historic dishes and drinks. Originally launched in 2011 in collaboration with the Foundation for the National Archives, America Eats Tavern was first conceived as a pop-up in the former Café Atlantico space, and is now opening in the historic Georgetown neighborhood of Washington, DC.

Butterfly's menu is inspired by Mexico City’s vibrant street food culture and Mexico’s rich regional diversity as a whole. Butterfly features a menu of tortas (Mexican-style sandwiches), tacos, salads, snacks, desserts (including Paletas, Mexican ice pops) and a seasonally-driven selection of agua fresca flavors.
